Einleitung: Ein CD30+-Hodgkin-Lymphom ist eine maligne Erkrankung, fur die eine Antikorpertherapie sehr vielversprechend ist. Ziel der Arbeit war es, fur einen solchen Therapieansatz aus den DNA-Sequenzen herkommlicher rekombinanter bispezifischer Antikorper-Fragmente ein im Bezug auf Wirksamkeit und Stabilitat optimiertes Format herzustellen und zu charakterisieren. Zur Optimierung der Expression sollten zwei bispezifische Diabodies anti-CD16/CD30 bakteriell exprimiert und aufgereinigt werden. Die verbesserten Expressionseigenschaften einer Variante des bsDb gegen CD30 (mCD30) sollte durch den Vergleich mit dem Wildtyp bsDb bestatigt werden. Aus den scFv gegen CD30 und CD16 sollten anschliessend zwei bispezifische und tetravalente Tandemdiabodies mit unterschiedlichen Aminosaure-Linkern generiert werden. Die Konstrukte der TandDb sollten ebenfalls exprimiert und aufgereinigt werden. Die Antikorper-Fragmente mit der Spezifitat anti-CD30/CD16 dirigiert NK-Zellen an H-RS-Zellen, initiieren die ADCC der NK-Zellen und fuhrt zu einer spezifischen Lyse der H-RS-Zellen. Ein weiteres Ziel war es, die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit hergestellten rekombinanten Antikorper-Fragmente zu charakterisieren und im Rahmen eines in vitro-Cytotoxizitatstests gegen eine etablierte Hodgkin Zelllinie die therapeutischen Wirksamkeit zu uberprufen. Auf diese Weise sollten neuartige Formen rekombinanter Antikorper-Fragmente generiert und getestet werden, um die Grundlage fur eine effektive Antikorper-basierte Therapie fur die Hodgkinsche Krankheit zu etablieren. Im weiteren Verlauf wird die Pflege als Interaktionsprozess vorgestellt. Auch wenn es mehrere Pflegemodelle gibt, die die Interaktion zwischen Pflegeperson und Patient in den Mittelpunkt ihrer Betrachtung legen, soll im Rahmen dieser Arbeit auf die Theorie der interpersonalen Beziehungen von Hildegard Peplau eingegangen werden. In einem ersten Schritt wird das Pflegeverständnis von Peplau näher beleuchtet, um dann darauf aufbauend die Beziehung zwischen Pflegekraft und Patient darzustellen. Beide durchlaufen während der pflegerischen Situation verschiedene Phasen, die die Beziehung jeweils charakterisieren. Daran anschließend wird Bezug auf die unterschiedlichen Rollen genommen, die eine Pflegeperson innerhalb der einzelnen Phasen der Interaktion einnehmen kann, um die Beziehung zum Patienten zu gestalten und seinen Gesundheitsprozess zu fördern. Abschließend wird der Blick auf die Emotions- und Gefühlsarbeit gerichtet, da diese sich innerhalb der Pflege maßgeblich auf die Gesundheitsförderung des Patienten auswirkt und ihr daher immer mehr Bedeutung zukommt. In the 1970s and early 80s, military and security forces in Argentina hunted down, tortured, imprisoned, and in many cases, murdered political activists, student organizers, labor unionists, leftist guerrillas, and other people branded "subversives." This period was characterized by massive human rights violations, including forced disappearances committed in the name of national security. State terror left a deep scar on contemporary Argentina, but for many survivors and even the nation itself, talking about this dark period in recent history has been difficult, and at times taboo.

For women who endured countless forms of physical, sexual, and emotional violence in clandestine detention centers, the impetus to keep quiet about certain aspects of captivity has been particularly strong. In Surviving State Terror, Barbara Sutton draws upon a wealth of oral testimonies to place women's bodies and voices at the center of the analysis of state terror. The book showcases poignant stories of women's survival and resistance, disinterring accounts that have yet to be fully heard, grappled with, and understood. With a focus on the body as a key theme, Sutton explores various instances of violence toward women, such as sexual abuse and torture at the hands of state officials. Yet she also uses these narratives to explore why some types of social suffering and certain women's voices are heard more than others, and how this can be rectified in our own practices of understanding and witnessing trauma. But what has remained constant is the artist's belief that humans are just a small part of nature, united with it and part of it. Throughout his career, Yamamoto has often returned to animals, particularly birds, as a subject, reflecting his childhood fascination with the creatures and his eternal commitment to the unity of humanity and nature. With Tori, the photographer departs on yet another artistic journey, with a new series of quietly moving animal images (tori means "bird" in Japanese). Yamamoto asks himself, and his viewers: What do we see, and what do we identify with, in birds?

Yamamoto Masao (born 1957) trained as an oil painter before turning to photography. His portraits, landscapes and still lifes are silver prints that are delicately toned and sometimes overpainted/dyed. Among his previous publications is Small Things in Silence (RM/Seigensha, 2015). In the US, Yamamoto is represented by the Yancey Richardson Gallery in New York, Jackson Fine Arts in Atlanta, Craig Krull Gallery in Los Angeles and the Etherton Gallery in Tucson, among others.
